Our company "Dolce Ladronaia" has worked in the confectioner's sector since 1985 as craftmade laboratory specialized in the high-quality leavened product production: natural rising croissants, made with raw materials controlled and searched to reflect the traditional tastes (stone-ground flours, high-quality butter, natural yeast).

The Biscotteria offers pastry with a simple and traditional taste: our small tarts add to a short-pastry, done with butter and enriched with a sweet vanilla taste, blackberry and apricot jams with their traditional taste of our grandmothers.

Next to the oven products we also offer cold desserts which are of great importance in our confectionary production.

 

Our desserts are rich in genuine tastes, such as high quality milk and cream produced by selected Italian cattle, vanilla beans, sicilian pistachios, Piedmonts hazel-nuts, precious cocoa, pine kernels from Pisa and walnuts of Salento.

 

The new laboratory, born in 2006, has given wide space to this sector: production equipment and refrigeration cells have been created in full observance of the current hccp laws so to ensure besides the raw material quality, also the organoleptic and hygienic qualities of the products always respecting the craftmade production of desserts.
