The dairy farm La Fonte is located in the area of the Crete Senesi, more precisely at Torre a Castello, which is a small town of Asciano, highly respected for its long tradition and expertise in raising sheep and the processing of their milk.   We mainly focus on the processing of sheep milk for the production of our traditional local pecorino cheese.   With the current third family generation engaged in the production, the dairy farm is a well-established reality that seals the skills and entrepreneurial efforts to ensure quality.   The production and distribution structures, the modernity of the production plant and the high sanitation standards make our dairy farm, La Fonte, a state-of-the-art facility, where the professionalism of our skilled staff combines technological and traditional methods of processing.
