with toasted pine-kernels from Pisa

The top of the range of our desserts. A single portion of ice-cream with a delicate creamy flavour sweetened with a Tahitian vanilla aroma, nevertheless offering the palate the decisive flavour of our Tuscan pine-kernels picked in the San Rossore state owned estate. This ice brick can be enjoyed as we like; it can be left to defrost for a few minutes at room temperature (about 10 minutes) and so can be appreciated ‘au naturel’, or you can add specially prepared sauces with fresh fruit (strawberries, soft fruit, blackberries), or hot chocolate and chocolate chips.

Packed in boxes of 4 and 10 weighing 60 gr each.

INGREDIENTS:

Fresh cream at 35% (60,5%), fresh full cream milk (16,2%), sugar, toasted pine-kernels (Pisa) (6,5%), dextrose, glucose, fresh albumen, edible gelatine, invert sugar, concentrated milk proteins, fructose, malt dextrin, water-soluble vegetable fibre, vanilla stick (Tahiti);

Thickeners: xantan gum, carob seed flour, guar gum

Emulsifier agents: soya lecithin
