Concerto al Pistacchio",

preparato coni i fantastici e ricercati Pistacchi di Bronte (Sicilia) detti anche "Oro Verde" per il loro aroma e il

loro colore verde smeraldo, unico e particolare. In questo dessert troviamo una crema al Pistacchio delicata e un

pò astringente ma molto gradevole, avvolta da una crema di diversa consistenza sempre al gusto del Pistacchio.

"Oro Verde"

"Concerto" is a very creamy desserts and fresh at the moment of the taste but not cold to the palate. Of this semifreddo there are four versions: cocoa, hazelnut, pistachio and yoghurt.

In this case we speak of the "Concert in Pistachio" prepared with fantastic and sought Bronte Pistachios (Sicily) also known as "Green Gold" for their flavour and their emerald green color, unique and special. In this dessert we find a delicate and a little astringent cream of pistachio but very pleasant, surrounded by a cream of different texture to the taste of pistachio.

Ingredients: Fresh cream of 35% (57.3%), fresh whole milk(17,2%), sugar, paste of toasted and peeled Bronte pistachio(6,3%), fresh white egg, edible gelatin;

Thickeners: locust bean gum, Emulsifier:

soya lecithin.
