"Concerto" is a very creamy desserts and fresh at the moment of the taste but not cold to the palate. Of this semifreddo there are four versions: cocoa, hazelnut, pistachio and yoghurt.
In this case we speak of the "Concert at Pure Hazelnut Piemonte IGP" in the variety “Round and gentle of the Langhe” coming from the woods of hazels registered at Albo Corilico. Here too we find in it a creamy taste of hazelnut which creates a perfect marriage with the cream that surrounds it.
