Sangiovese di Romagna DOC, fruit of the grapes of the ancient vineyard, is a wine of a great authenticity made with simple oenological techniques aimed at exalting the essence of the product and the characteristics of the “Vigna vecchia” wines. The maceration and fermentation occur slowly and at a controlled temperature in small containers so to extract only the best tannins – aged twelve months in tonneaux of French oak, then in bottles. Intense and refined , defined by a deep garnet-red color, it is clear and it has a good consistency. It has flavor of red ripe pulp fruits, sweet spices and hints of tobacco; flavorful and harmonious with lasting and spicy ending.
