“Sanfirenze” is a Chianti of modern conception, obtained from a blend of 85% Sangiovese Toscano with a small addition of Merlot and Syrah (15%).

Production area: born from recently planted vines , covering the southern hills of the farm.

Ageing: After having passed 12 months in one year old barriques, Sanfirenze is assembled and further refined in bottles.
Average annual production: 12.000 bottles
Organolettic Characteristic: wine of good body that is well structured. Intense fruit, harmonic and persistent.
