Descrizione

The most typical and traditional wine of the farm. The grapes employed are: 90%  Sangiovese Toscano and 10% Canaiolo Nero. Chianti of Fattoria di Sammontana is a young, friendly example of Chianti.
Packaging:
- 0.75Lt Bordolese bottle
- 1.5 Lt Double Bordolese
- Traditional straw-wrapped "fiasco" ranging from 1 Lt and 1.5 Lt, to 2 Lt.

Organolettic Characteristic: quite fruit forward on the nose with a dry sapid taste, extremely appealing, fresh and lively.

Food affinities:  being a medium-bodied wine it can be served with any type of meal.
