SYSTEM OF FARMING AND DENSITY:
Spurred Cordon to 5000 plants/ha
YIELD PER HECTARE: 9,000Kg of grapes
TECHNICAL PRODUCTION: grapes harvested by hand in our vineyards, carefully selected and placed in crates, transported to the winery, de-stalked and pressed gently. The must obtained starts fermentation on the macerated skins at a controlled temperature for about 30 days with frequent remounting and delestage. Racking is followed by decanting and assembly and a short ageing in French oak.
