Descrizione
Produced from the vinification of grapes of the ancient Aglianico grapevine grown on the sweet Irpinia hills, it goes through a process of minimum ageing of 3 years, of which at least 1 in bay-oak barrels. It's got a ruby red colour which acquires orange reflections with ageing, a characteristic and intense bouquet, a full, harmonious and persistent taste. It’s adviced to be served with game food dishes and and grilled meats, uncorking the bottle some hours before.
