Descrizione

Nocellara Etnea is mainly spread in eastern Sicily. The drupes have a thick pulp of medium consistency and high quality. Excellent for the production of green table olives. Olives are directly grown in the organic Trimarchi’s farm. Harvesting is done with manual method and then olives are stored in ventilated containers and then be pressed within 24 hours from collection. The squeezing is cold with temperatures below 27 degrees, this allows to the oil to maintain a high number of polyphenols in relation to cultivar and to maintain strong fruity aromas of tomato. No additive or preservative is used in this product.
