To make this jam were hand-picked the best figs of the organic farm Trimarchi. The production process is carried out with extreme care because of the sensitivity of the fruit. The working process is done by hand to avoid breakage during processing, as often happens in the use of industrial machinery. This treatment has finally made it possible to create a unique product with a delicate and sweet taste as it’s typical of this fruit.
