Descrizione

Sparkling white wine obtained from the homonymous wine variety using 100% our D.O.C. Ortrugo grapes, autochthonous ancient wine variety in Piacenza hills.

In order to protect health we produce our grapes only with security methods L.R. 28/96 respecting ecological system.

Grapes are hand selected and hand harvested. Ortrugo wine has a light colour tending to pale green, slightly scented and dry.

It is a sparkling wine obtained from a natural fermentation.

It has a fine perlage and it comes in “Bordolese” bottles.

Ortrugo makes an ideal aperitif; it goes well with hors-d’oeuvres and it is particularly good with every kind of fish.

This wine should be served at 8° - 10° C.
