Descrizione

Dry red wine of great structure gotten by grapes Cannonau selected in the vineyards of Oliena on terrestrial not irrigated, particularly sunny and to hilly position.

Color of wine: ruby that tends to the garnet red.

Nose: a wine perfume with ample and persistent aroma, typical of the vine

Palate: A warm taste, justly tannico, of good body.

Storage: Constant temperature 18 °C, humidity 75%, controlled light, horizontal bottle

Serving: It is recommended to serve at the temperature of 18°C.

Food Matches: It also approaches perfectly with meats to the grate and with seasoned cheese
