Triga is a sea of wheat, it is a generous mother that feeds the children. It’s a Bière Blanche from the low alcoholic way, highly devoted to the wisdom and the female fancy that, from the earth, it has always drawn teaching and maintenance. It’s a typical homemade beer produced in Sardinia, not filtered and not pasteurized rifermentation in bottle, from natural sediment.
