Descrizione

Virtually one of the first sparkling wines obtained from the San Gimignano Vernaccia grapes. To produce this wine we always organize an early harvest and pick only the very best grapes in the vineyard. This is an excellent starting point and allows us to produce a wine that has the best characteristic traits: a high percentage of fixed acidity, low alcohol content and a superb aroma. The pressing is done gently and slow fermentation is carried out at a controlled temperature. The sparkling process is done by the well known Veneto company Primo Franco. After a long secondary fermentation in a pressure tank (Charmat Method), the wine is bottled and left thus cellared for a period of four months for its final touch of quality, prior to being released on the market.
