Pressing method: Continuous cycle system
Production Technique: the olives are placed in boxes and pressed within 24 hours. Stages of pressing and extraction ocurr without exceeding 27° C (cold pressing) via a continuous system. The oils obtained are stored in stainless steel containers and filtered.
