Descrizione

This wine is produced within the morainal amphitheatre located at the foot of the Lessini mountains in the north-east of Italy, a place where vineyards have been grown since Roman times. It is characterised by a straw-yellow colour, and a mellow, pleasantly dry flavour. It matches particularly well with starters, soups, white meat, fish dishes as well as all kinds of aperitif. Serve chilled.

Grapes: Garganega, Trebbiano di Soave, Chardonnay.
Colour: straw-yellow.
ABV: 11.5%
Scent: intense, characterised by hints of flowers and ripe fruit.
Flavour: fresh, full-bodied and aromatic.
Tasting: suitable for starters, soups and light dishes.
