The hills of the small town of Santa Ninfa  exposed towards west  along the bounderies with the towns of Salemi, Gibellina, Partanna and Castelvetrano.

Organoleptic characteristic

Young white wine of slim yellow colour with light green reflexes , of good aromatic pleasantness with perfumes that  remember the variety of origin. A white wine of great merit.

Vinification

The, harvest of the grapes is on the first ten days of September, they are soft pressed and, the must ferments at a checked temperature between 18° and  20°C.

Gastronomic combinings

Appetizers, main courses of fish and shellfishes. To serve at 8-10° C.
