Descrizione

Amber coloured beer with orange reflections, having deep fragrance. Its froth is dense. It is slight sparkling, the taste is full-bodied, the bitter taste is moderate. The retro-olfactory perception has got scent of hop, liquorice, caramel and cinnamon.
It enhances very tasty dishes like beef, pork and mutton, chicken giblets, various kind of cold meat and salami, cream cakes and chocolate cakes.
