 A brightness that the magic of the wind grazes and leaves free in a taste that only the soul intends. Scirocco, is a wine of  intense colour, of perfect  harmonic equilibrium and child of a natural vocation of the territory.

Origin

The hills of the small town of Santa Ninfa  exposed towards west  along the bounderies with the towns of  Salemi, Gibellina, Partanna and Castelvetrano.

Density: 3500/4000 plants /Ha

Altitude: 300/350 above sea level

Alcoholic gradation

12,5% vol.

Organoleptic characteristic

White wine of great merit with deep yellow colour, of elevated structure and hight aromatic quality.

Vinification

The, harvest of the grapes is on the second ten days of September, and are soft pressed. The must ferments at a checked temperature between  18° and  20°C.

Gastronomic combinings

Appetizers, main courses of fish and shellfishes. To serve at 8-10° C.
