Descrizione
This is a very traditional wine. It is made up of Barbera and Bonarda and the harvest is strictly picked by hand. The colour is strong ruby; at smell it opens very slowly, it is intense and complex. At the beginning at taste it is fruity but then it becomes more complex because of contact with yeasts. The general structure of this wine is strong with some acidity too. It must be served at 20/25°C. It goes nicely with soups and boiled meat.
