VINE: 100% NEBBIOLO

WINEMAKING TECHNIQUE: Soft pressing, traditionally long fermentation and maceration with frequent pinch-down and pump-ups, natural decanting. Malolactic fermentation,maturation in barriques for  36 months,  after which the wine isblended and finally bottled.

DESCRIPTION: a masterpiece of balance and harmony. High expression of terroir and grape variety. Ruby red, rich and spicy scent. Austere and long wine with dense tannins of almost silky texture .
