A.D.CHINI is an Italian company, which has more than twenty years experience on working the apple pulp. Due to this, in Italy our products are well known and recognized as healthy, safe and “premium brand” products. On the internal market we distribute them mainly with “Melinda” brand, but for the export we will propose our own brand “CHINI fruit snack”.
We are focusing on genuine, natural, high quality fruits products and we work only 100% pure fruit pulp, without skin and core. As raw material we use only Melinda Golden Delicious apples, which are coming from our valley. Our headquarter and our plant are situated in Cles - Northern Italy - in the heart of Non Valley. This region has a long tradition of apple-growing, which has become over the years an important and central part of the local culture. Non Valley, thanks to its unique micro-climate, is perfect for cultivating apples and producing in the middle of this area give us the possibility to gain the best raw-material for our products.

In modern and highly automated plants, A.D.CHINI produces:
- dried apples
- mousse 100% fruit
- fruit jellies
- bars with 43% fruit and 5 cereals.
- bars 100% fruit
The bars 100% fruit are the only ones bars in the world consisting by 100% of just fruit! It relies on a patented production-process which allows us to produce completely without adding sugars or other sweeteners.
This makes our product healthy, tasty and unique on the market!
The shelf life of our products is 14 months.

Certification:
Chini is ISO 9001-200 certified; the company obtained the certification CSQA in 2004 and has a system of integrated self-control HACCP (Analysis Critical Control Point). Chini controls the entire production process, from the cultivation and the treatment of the apples on the fields, until the final packaging.
The company disposes of an internal laboratory of analysis to control the quality of the raw-material and of the final product.
Mission :
From 2009 A.D. CHINI is enlarging its market all over the world. Our mission is to innovate and introduce every year new products in our range. For example in the 2009 we have presented the “Gellose”, which are fruit jelly in seven different flavors made with 100% of fruit juice. In March, during the ALIMENTARIA in Barcelona, in May during the CIBUS in Parma and in October during the SIAL in Paris, we will have a stand to launch other “new entries” for 2010.
Our company is growing really fast and invests a lot in Research & Development.
