Caseificio Palazzo is an Italian family-owned business producing  typical Apulian cheeses with over 50 years of experience. This third-generation, family-owned business has crafted cheese since 1955 and today produces fresh Mozzarella in a variety of shapes and sizes, Scamorza, and various aged cheeses like Cacciocavallo,.

The Palazzo family’s passion and dedication for the strong cheese-making tradition represents the Italian gastronomic culture. It’s simple! At the core of great cheese is great milk, and milk produced in the Murgia is an all time favourite in simplicity and freshness.
