The main characteristic of our food production is proposing typical, local recipes faithfully maintaining traditional ingredients fully rich in taste and aroma. We produce vegetables in oil delivered by different choices of packaging: polypropylene containers, jars and vacuum-packed bags. Using only our finest ingredients, they are directly bought from local producers. Sourced from Calabria region, our fresh vegetables represent raw materials which we use and expertly make alongside preserved foods in brine or sweet and sour. The making of our specialties is by hand-made only and, by that, taste and freshness quality is simply assured. The last stage of manufacture ( sealing, pasteurization, labelling, etc. ) is made possible by efficient and suitable operating machinery.
