Tenimenti San Martino in Monte, is born in 2001, the central Romagna region is an area of considerable potential for excellent wine production and renowned wine value. Tenimenti San Martino in Monte, is a 60 hectares land surrounded by woods, among olive groves and vineyards in the Tosco-Romagnolo Appennines, among the towns of Brisighella and Modigliana, the region is called San Martino in Monte. An ambitious,innovative and audacious project, has resulted in the production of unique wines with great character thanks especially to the locations where the vineyards are located; besides having undoubted characteristic of high quality for the production of great grapes , this is indeed a region where the wine production potential has yet to be fully understood, and therefore it is capable to be source of excellent products of unquestionable value .The property stretches on an area just before the Appennines, at an altitude of about 350 meters above the sea level, witch takes advantage of the positive influence of air currents from the Adriatic cost and benefits from the night time thermal range resultant from its altitude .The soil has ancient origins, and were generated through evolution of sandstone rocks with marlstone intrusions. These local and well-maintained lands show their great potential to grow and produce grapes. The morphologic and climatic qualities are reflected in the wines that we produce: delicate and elegant, characterized by the great aromas intensity and by sweet and plenty tannins. Innovative wines of great quality, developed with a wide knowledge of viticulture and from the sensitive experience gained by the people that make up the winery.
