In organic cultivation no use is made of fungicides and synthetic insecticides, which means that the wine growing is totally natural.
Organic cultivation means not exploit the plants and the soil, not look for abundant crops, but above all obtain grapes of excellent quality, rich in sugar content and intense aromas.
These grapes are rigorously controlled and certified by ICEA (Environmental Ethics Certification Institute) and are made into wine by using the most antique wine making traditions with modern equipments, guaranteeing really excellent quality.
LE CARLINE is open from monday to friday, and also saturday morning, to all the lovers of genuine and top quality wine.
