“CONCERTO” un dessert molto cremoso e fresco nell’assaggio ma non freddo al palato.

Il “Concerto al Limone” sviluppa il suo gusto gradevolmente acidulo nella fragranza molto aromatica del Limone di Sorrento Igp che ricorda le note fresche e ventilate della penisola Sorrentina; un prodotto che ha nel suo retrogusto il mare ed il sole.

Il Limone di Sorrento forma con una nota delicata ma decisa il cuore di questo dessert a base di latte e panna freschi insieme alla polpa, al succo di limone e al liquore ai fiori di zagara.
