Description

NAME: Roero Arneis Cru Menelic
VINTAGE: 2006
VARIETAL GRAPE: Arneis
TYPE OF SOIL: Loose and potentially sandy.
HARVESTING PERIOD: Before the end of September. 
VINIFICATION: In white: grapes are loaded whole in the pneumatic press and the solo must of to drip is started to the alcoholic fermentation to temperature checked of 17 °C previous addition of selected yeasts; after two days of fermentation is decanted in barrel of wood and here it remains you for 4 / 5 months; to the  term of the alcoholic fermentation  periodically the is performed batonage for the maximum transfer of noble substances to the wine.
AGING: Gives the notable structure it bears well also the two years post vintage.
PRESERVATION: Lain down bottle and to the shelter from the light in fresh environment and to temperature constant.
COLOR: Yellow pale yellow load, almost gilded.
AROMA: Intense, floral, of spices, characteristic.
TASTE: Round and harmonic, full, balanced, savory and completely firm, of notable persistence.
ALCOHOLIC GRADE: 13 %
PAIRING: Flat delicate, appetizers generally and fish particularly, rice and white meats.
