Description

Grapes: Merlot 100%

Vinification: First of all grapes are destemmed and undergo red vinification for a short time but with frequent repassing of must over the grapes dregs to extract coluor and falvour. It completes malolactic fermentation and is stored in steel barreks for some months for ageing.

Character: This intense ruby red wine exhibits a fruity bouquet with brooding flavours of red berry fruits. The velvely harmonious flavour recalls the fine tannin of the grapes.

Matchings: it marries magnificently with past with meat souce, meat pies and raw or boiled meat.
