Grapes: 85% Chardonnay - 15% Pinot Nero

The wine is made from the selection of the best grapes picked at the end of August, the right moment of acidity and sugar content.

Our Sparkling wine has a bright straw-yellow colour with a fine and persistent perlage. Close none shows immediatly and intense fragrant flavour with hints of biscuit, yeasts and bread crusts. On the palate it is elegant and agreeably smooth as well as lively and fresh.

It is best enjoyed as aperitif and matches magnificently with fish meals.
