Description

Product obtained through scalding fresh broccoli and adding extra- virgin olive oil and natural flavours. More in details, the process is carried out in small lots and includes selecting, washing, scalding in a water and vinegar solution and adding of flavours. Glass pots are filled through a manual operated process and extra virgin olive oil is added. The cycle ends with a pasteurization in steam heated water.

Broccoli in extra virgin olive oil boast the typical fragrance of a product obtained from healthy and ripe broccoli.

Raw materials and ingredients do not come from g.m.o.
