Description

Product prepared by cooking fresh tomatoes. More in details, the preparation process, in small lots, consists in selecting, washing, shattering and cooking fresh tomatoes. Handmade processing is followed by cooking small lots in steam heated, double bottom steel basins; a semi-automatical system is employed to fill the glass pots. Every cycle ends with a pasteurization in steam heated water. The resulting tomato sauce keeps the full and typical scent of a product freshly obtained from healthy and ripe tomatoes.

Raw materials and ingredients do not come from g.m.o.
