Description

The mature figs have to be peeled one by one and cooked slowly with sugar and white wine to reach evaporation of this last one. Finally the mustard essence has to be added. The result is excellent and to be tasted ! Very good with boiled meat, but amazing with fresh soft cheeses like "crescenza".
