Description

Made out of the finest Arabica coffees, with a precious touch of Asiatic washed Robustas, this blend is ideal for the espresso professionals. It is sweet and refined, due to the attentive selection of the raw materials and to the medium-to-intense roasting level, and reveals its perfect balance between refinement and body.

The persistance of the cream is excellent, the cream texture is very fine and the consistency is medium/elevated.

The aroma is intense and pleasing, with a taste of chocolate, fruit and blossom that emerge from the aromatic taste of baked bread.
