Vinification: traditional vinification in stailess steel autoclave to obtain a persistent, natural and fine perlage

Colour: Pale straw yellow with greenish hues
Bouquet: Intense and delicate with evident scents of fresh fruit and floral sing and sage notes
Flavour: Fresh and harmoniously persistent on the palate with an aftertaste of violets and peaches. Good sapidity following on fine perlage
