6  months in oak barrels refinement

 It’s the classic  Barbera d'Asti produced by  "Fratelli Pavia"
it is obtained with the best grapes of our vineyard and with an accurate vinification, then it is bottled and  left for 6 months in Slovenian oak barrels for the refinement.

it goes well with meat dishes, first dishes and matured cheese
