Description

Production: in the inland areas of Sicily.
Color: amber, more or less clear, crystallizing tends to beige and brown.
Crystallization: variable.
Smell: very intense and aromatic, floral of magnolia and aromatic herbs, remember the mulled wine and a pencil.
Taste: intense, persistent, good sweetness, fresh, reminiscent of tropical fruits, the date and pepper. Properties: Antiseptic, calming, indicated for fever and cough.
Uses: as table honey, served with cheeses such as Brie, gorgonzola and fontina
