This product is made with mushrooms varieties Pleurotus grown in the Sicilian inland, to which is added our extra virgin olive oil of superior quality who, thanks to its low acidity, does not affect the sweet and delicate flavor of the mushroom. Other ingredients give typical Sicilian flavour. Trying this mushrooms you will see the kindness of flavor that goes well with your more elegant dishes. No additive or preservative is used in this product.
