Description

This product, entirely handmade, comes from direct production of eggplant and sublime with the manual filleted and the immersion in our extra virgin olive oil. Other ingredients give a typical Sicilian flavor. The smell and the fragrance of the finished product is immediately evident by opening the jar. The eggplant a part from  lowering cholesterol is very rich in water, potassium, vitamin A and C, phosphorus, calcium, tannin. Its skin contains substances that are beneficial to liver, pancreas and intestine. No additive or preservative is used in this product.
