Description
This apricot jam is made of the most valuable Vesuvius apricot
varieties cultivated at the Azienda Agricola casaBarone:
Pellecchiella, Prevete and Taviello.
Only full-ripe fruits (16/17 degree brix) will be harvested,
allowing thus to reduce the use of saccharose. Furthermore
the colour and the perfume of the fresh fruits will remain
unchanged thanks to the short cooking and to the adding
of a small quantity of pectin.
