Description

‘Val de Rio’ a white sparkling wine. An extraordinary blend of autochthonous grapes (by which we prepared the ‘Riva
Granda’ white wine). The different type of grapes converted to sparkling wine give a complexity of intense aroma and a
whisper of a effervescence, ‘Perlage’, enveloped in a multifaceted bouquet of fragrances. Intense, fresh and persistent,
with a broad fruity note of ripe Golden Delicious apples and wild flowers, together with a faint, delicately yeasty fragrance. Clean, restrained and well-balanced, with a delicate and appealing background of fresh fruits. Ideal as an aperitif, it should be served with fish based dishes, fresh and aged cheeses and Asparagus of Bassano del Grappa.
