I present the mignon Sicilian cassatine, those that you find for tradition in pastry trays, that are bought by guests that we invite to our house for lunch or dinner. It seems appropiate, as well right, to specify that the cassatine are very different from the "Sicilian Cassata", the cassatina is a light version of the original "Sicilian Cassata"
