Description

Nectar”  is the result of a severe olive selection. It is an intense fruity oil with notes of artichokes obtained

from “Coratina” variety. The olives are picked, when they are fully ripe and yellow-green coloured.

They are cold-pressed, then the slow decantation in the underground containers preserve the full aroma

and the incomparable fragrance of the fresh fruit.

*Extra vergine olive oil of higher quality cold press at a temperature lower than 27. It is obtained with olives
