Description

Octopus in Garlic made like: Initially it needs to start boiling in a pot with abundant water, without salt, the octopus. When it is cooked, it is important to leave cooling it and, subsequently, to cut it in little parts. Apart, it needs to prepare an abundant “agliata” (Garlic cutting), putting in a casserole of the well washed dry tomatoes, desalinated in fresh water and elegantly minced with the crescent on the plate. Later, add to the tomatoes of the olive oil, abundant minced garlic, spicy red to pleasure and leaves of laurel. When the “agliata” is cooked to unite vinegar. The cooking have to continue until making to evaporate the vinegar and, as soon as it is ready to pour it on the octopus up and cover it.
