Description

The Bascio’s  extra  virgin oil is natural and healthy! It has a low level of acidity (total on average of 0,2%), for these reason is suitable for those who are affected of digestive and  cholesterol sickness. Contains natural antioxidants (such us polifenoli and tocoferoli), that slack the ageing process. Moreover, thanks to the high level of  oleic acid, preserves heart’s activity and arteries,  slacking the cerebral ageing, preventing arteriosclerosis. With a strong fruity taste and  fresh  fragrance,   it is considered  the main component of Mediterranean diet.

Bascio’s oil  exalts the taste of legumes and vegetables, of roast and fish, and in particular is perfect to toss sauces. Olives ( from which the oil is obtained), are hand picked from the trees, then after few hours stars the processing.  The squeezing is cold-worked, making oil gush-over naturally in order to increase its organoleptic  features.

The  product contains no preservatives matter, is bottled in  a dark bottle to protect it from light and safeguard its soft properties.

Exclusive and intense, it should be used with care,  few drops are enough to give a great taste to your meals.
