Description

Our products based on the truffle are all natural without preservatives and colouring, only oil and salt.  
With regard to the making of the product, the truffles arrive fresh and then go through the selection process, cleansing, mincing/slicing depending on the product required and seasoned accordingly then hermetically sealed in jars sterilised to 121C°, following the HACCP methodology.
It is important to underline that this delicacy does not contain preservatives and colouring which would affect the delicate flavour of the truffle. Once opened, add a spoon of olive oil and it will keep for at least a month in the refrigerator.
