Description

Good level wine, with a characteristic bright pale yellow colour with green tinges, that, although elegant and refined, turns also out to be pleasantly fresh. Composed of a variety of grapevines that confers it a very definite aroma, polished and fresh, has an inkling of white flowers an white fleshy fruits, that results wrapping both at the nose and at the palate. Well suited with starters, first courses with light sauces, any kind of fish and white meat. Its characteristics are enhanced when consumed by the year. The recommended service temperature is of 8/10 °C in crystal glasses.
