Description

*Truffle oil is Olive Oil flavoured with fine white truffle (Tuber magnatum Pico). It can be used to dress risotti or salads, to give something original to the mayonnaise, to refine red or white meat, game, fish, eggs or omelettes. A greedy suggestion: add a spoon of truffle oil to the oil (better if extravirgin!) where you fry potatoes, it is wonderful!!!
